Shipping Times

Most orders of in-stock items are shipped within 2-3 business days. We will notify you if an order will take longer than this. All orders are sent by UPS using the service that you select.

Shipping Costs – Orders Over 150 lbs

The UPS shipping costs for orders over 150 lbs will not calculate automatically. One of our sales personnel will calculate the shipping cost and add to the order at the time of processing. In this case, please indicate in the notes section of your order, if you want to be advised of the shipping cost in advance of the order being processed.

UPS Address Corrections

Any extra charges by UPS due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information will be charged to your credit card upon receipt (i.e. no suite or apartment number, wrong zip code, recipient has moved or request delivery to a new address, or return delivery). Please check your printed invoice or email confirmation and contact us with any changes. Once we ship, we cannot make any changes. The UPS address correction charge for UPS Ground service is $11.00 per package.

Damages and Shortages

It is important that you count and inspect all cartons immediately upon receipt. Make sure any damage or shortage is noted on the bill before signing. If you discover damage after opening the package please call UPS to report the damage. Save all packing materials and follow UPS instructions for disposition of the damaged merchandise. Please contact us after you have reported the damages to UPS so that we can ship replacement merchandise.

Returns

Returns require aemilie’s prior approval and a written return authorization. Returns must be advised within 7 days and returns must be made within 2-weeks of receiving return authorization number, in the original packaging. No credit will be provided for returns after this. To return merchandise please contact our customer service department
sales@aemilie.com for a return authorization number. Returns cannot be accepted without a prior return authorization number.
